Shipping & Returns


All orders received will be shipped on the next business day where we have stock available. For all UK orders, where we do not have stock available, we will not charge your credit card until the day of shipping. If your item is not available from stock, you will receive an email, no later than two working days after your order, confirming the estimated ship date. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email giving details, including the expected delivery date and the shipping method.

For large orders, at our discretion, and for any orders outside the UK, we reserve the right to make additional security checks, for which purpose we may contact you via email or phone. In certain cases we reserve the right, at our discretion to charge your card up to 7 days before shipping, in order to verify the payment. You will be informed if these procedures affect your order.

Delivery: We plan to deliver within 3 working days if product is available in stock. If item is ordered from ‘products for pre-order’ then a production and delivery period of 6 weeks will apply, unless otherwise stated in the product details. You may track your order by logging onto your account. You are welcome to discuss your order by email or phone, but please check your online account first.

Shipping rates are based on order weight and delivery address.
